Jordy Ceja
Director of Communications
Jordy is a 5th-year studying Wildlife, Fish and Conservation Biology. He loves birds and was the most recent President of the Davism Art Club. Jordy is a recent alumnus of the UC Davis Track and Field and Cross Country teams, with multiple records to his name. He loves creating inclusive environments.

Hailey Rittershofer
President and Founder
Hailey is a 5th-year Biomedical Engineering undergraduate student and researcher on the Women's Soccer team and identifies as queer. Hailey started DAA with the vision to create a sports culture at UC Davis that celebrates its community members for their differences through support and understanding. This way, all fans, athletes, coaches, trainers, and administrators can be their best selves every day.

Mikaela Adolphus
Director of Education and Advocacy
Mikaela is a 5th-year Sociology and African American Studies double major. She is a sprinter on the UC Davis Track Team and the President of the Coalition of African Diaspora Student-Athletes. Mikaela is passionate about diversity and inclusion and the use of education to improve the climate of both in our society.

Event Coordinator
Eyra is a 4th year Communication, Sociology, and Psychology (triple!) major on the UC Davis Cheer and Stunt Teams. She is passionate about creating a safe environment for people to become who they want to be and be comfortable in the process.

Monica Morales
Event Coordinator
Monica is a fourth-year Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior major and an intern for the Sports Medicine program. She is also the team manager for the UC Davis Women's Basketball team. As a bisexual female working in the field of sports, she likes to create a safe environment for athletes and to encourage others to be who they truly are.

Tatjana is a third-year Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning major and Contemporary Leadership minor on the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. She is passionate about creating a culture of acceptance that celebrates diversity so that the athletic community at Davis is welcoming to people of all different backgrounds.

Treasurer
Monet is a third-year Civil and Environmental Engineering undergraduate student and a member of the Women's Soccer team. As a straight ally, her goal is to help break the stigma by encouraging diverse identities to join Athlete Ally so everyone can contribute to a more inclusive environment.

Katie is a fifth-year Communication undergraduate student and a member of the Women's Basketball Team. Her aspiration is to bring more awareness and acceptance to those apart of the athletic and LGBTQ community.

Advisor
Leo is currently an Outcomes Advisor with the Athletic Department at UC Davis, where he gets energy out of advising intercollegiate student-athletes on academics, NCAA rules, and career opportunities on a daily basis. He also has the privilege of serving as the advisor to Davis Athlete Ally
